Assured Investigations is a full service, licensed and bonded Private Investigation Company. Our agency utilizes over 29 years of specialized investigative experience to conduct investigations. Our confidentiality and privacy policy...
Assured will hold all information concerning you and your case completely confidential! We will not divulge any information about you or your case to anyone (including your friends, relatives or attorney's) without your permission. Assured will NEVER sell or give your personal information away to ANYONE!
Assured will never accept cases that are in a conflict of interest to the client. Assured will immediately divulge to the client any conflicts that may be apparent except where that conflict would result in identifying another client. For example: If your spouse called Assured attempting to hire us, we would not divulge that conflict to the spouse. We would simply decline the case for another reason. Divulging that conflict to the spouse would obviously result in identifying you.
